Why a pen name

MyAstrological publishes on a fixed cadence — every sign, every timeframe, every day — and that work is a desk, not a single individual. Rather than invent a fictional astrologer with fictional credentials, we sign the desk's output with one consistent, openly disclosed byline. Elin Marlowe is that byline. There is no portrait on this page for the same reason: a generated photo of a person who does not exist would be a different kind of claim than a pen name, and not one we are willing to make.
