You shall not share the Account or the Login Information (such as Google Play account or Apple ID), nor should you let anyone else access your Account or do anything else that might threaten the security of your Account. You are solely responsible for keeping your Login Information confidential, and you will be solely responsible for all uses of your login information, including any purchases or other changes to your Account and/or Account status, whether or not authorized by you. You understand and agree that if, under any circumstances, any of the terms of this Agreement are violated, regardless of whether the violation was accidental or intentional, you must immediately stop any use of the Service. You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to terminate or disable your account at any time for any reason or no reason with or without prior notification.

By submitting content to our Service, other than personal information, you grant to us (or warrant that the owner of such Content has expressly granted to us) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise any and all copyright, publicity, trademarks, database rights and intellectual property rights you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future. Further, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, you waive your moral rights and promise not to assert such rights against us, our sublicensees or our assignees. You represent and warrant that none of the following infringe any intellectual property or any other right of any third party: your provision of content to us, your posting of content using the Service, and the use of such content (including of works derived from it) by us, our users, or others in contract with us that is done in connection with the Service and in compliance with this Agreement.

We may, without prior notice, change the Service, stop providing the Service or features of the Service, to you or Users generally, or create usage limits for the Service. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason or no reason. The Service and its content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. The Service (and its affiliates, suppliers, partners, and agents) make no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, lack of errors, or accuracy of the Service or their content, and expressly disclaim any warranties or conditions (express or implied), including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Information made available through the Service and by our partners and affiliates shall solely be used for recreational and educational purposes. We are free to choose the sources of generating the information that will be provided on the Service. We make no warranty that this information will satisfy your request and is compiled using any tools available to us. The Service cannot guarantee that any information or results provided in our database is accurate, reliable, or complete. We are not responsible for any personal injury or any other damages that may have been the result, direct or indirect, of any use or misuse of the Service.

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement (or the rights and licenses granted under them). We may assign this Agreement (or the rights and licenses granted under it) to another company or person without restriction. Nothing in this Agreement confers any right, benefit, or remedy on any third-party person or entity. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
